Job Title: IT Systems Infrastructure Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT systems infrastructure professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of MIS systems, leading and managing day-to-day operations to maintain system uptime.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Oversight of IT infrastructure maintenance, including networks, servers, and cybersecurity frameworks
  • Providing support for ERP systems, with emphasis on INFOR LN
  • Developing, maintaining, and enhancing custom applications and system interfaces using JSON, C#, Python, MS SQL, and MySQL
  • Ensuring timely resolution of IT incidents, service requests, and operational issues

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT Systems Management or a similar capacity
  • Strong hands-on experience in ERP support, particularly with INFOR LN
  • Proficiency in JSON, C#, Python, MS SQL Server, MySQL, and MS IIS
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and supporting custom applications, automation scripts, and reporting tools
  • A solid understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cybersecurity frameworks
