Customer Service Officer Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our Global Operations team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the APAC customers with end-to-end order management.

Key responsibilities include processing order entries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of invoices, and corresponding with customers on delivery/service status. Additionally, the role involves preparing shipment documents, liaising with forwarders, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma/degree in any discipline, minimum 5 years' experience in food ingredients or B2B industry, excellent communication skills, and experience with SAP-CS module. A team player with ability to follow through and work under tight deadlines is essential.
