Recruitment Coordinator Job Description

This role is a key position that requires exceptional communication and organizational skills. As the first point of contact for recruitment-related queries, you will ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates and hiring teams.

This is an opportunity to develop your skills in end-to-end recruitment coordination, including job posting, scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining organized records in our Application Tracking System (ATS).

You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager and HR team to support hiring logistics, documentation, and onboarding processes.

  • Support recruitment coordination and ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS.
  • Support hiring logistics, documentation, and onboarding processes.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the recruitment process.
About You
  • Degree in any discipline with one year of work experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience in customer service, administration, hospitality, call centers, retail, or sales is highly valued.
  • Strong communication skills and empathy are essential for this role.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable with administrative tasks.
  • Open-minded and eager to learn, with a willingness to grow within the recruitment and HR field.
