End-to-End Telecommunications Specialist

A position is available for a skilled professional to provide end-to-end customer telco WAN services. This includes provisioning, implementation, testing and turn-up of services in cooperation with customers and field services teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for technical validation of customer provisioning telco WAN workorders, remote troubleshooting and fault finding if issues occur upon initial installation, pro-active escalation, follow-through and liaison with appropriate departments to resolve technical issues which may impact delivery timescales or quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provision, implement, test and turn up of customer telco WAN services.
- Technical validation of customer provisioning telco WAN workorders.
- Remote troubleshooting and fault finding if issues occur upon initial installation.
- Pro-active escalation, follow-through and liaison with appropriate departments to resolve technical issues which may impact delivery timescales or quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma in Physics/Computer Sciences & IT Related
- Experience in Hardware/Network Engr / Training Supr & Network Engineer
