Job Summary:

This role is responsible for supporting the development of divisional strategies, leading annual budgeting and planning processes, and fostering open communication among leaders and employees.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of divisional and strategic plans, translating business goals into actionable objectives.
  • Lead the annual budgeting and planning process in coordination with corporate and divisional leadership.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, resolving people-related issues and fostering open communication.
  • Engage with labor unions and manage negotiations, contracts, and employee agreements in line with company values and legal frameworks.
  • Oversee the annual compensation review process, ensuring alignment with performance outcomes and corporate guidelines.
  • Promote fair and motivating reward practices that support talent retention and engagement.
  • Drive talent development initiatives including performance management, succession planning, internal mobility, and international assignments.
  • Partner with leaders to assess organizational capabilities and implement development plans that build future-ready teams.
  • Monitor and report on workforce metrics, including headcount and labor costs, ensuring alignment with financial and operational goals.

Requirements:
  • University Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 3 years of related experience in People Management/Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resilience, change management abilities, result orientation, and leadership skills.
