Job Title:

Transformation Director

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading transformative initiatives in healthcare settings. As a key member of the strategic transformation team, you will be responsible for collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive workforce and operational transformations.

You will work closely with the hospital redevelopment team to contribute to the development of innovative solutions that enhance patient care and experience.

  • Spearhead strategic planning and coordination of initiatives to bring about transformative advancements
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive innovation and transformation within the organization

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong passion for driving innovation and transformation, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. You should have a minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience in managerial capacity, preferably in healthcare or operational settings.
