**Job Overview:**

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of ambulatory care services. The Assistant Manager position requires strong leadership and organizational skills to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure seamless service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Collaborating with clinical stakeholders to develop and implement new care models and services that meet evolving healthcare needs.
  • Providing support in various aspects of Clinical Operations, including project management, workflow optimization, IT requirements, financial planning, data analysis, resource allocation, and administrative tasks.
  • Communicating the hospital's vision and strategic plans to relevant areas and ensuring alignment of goals and objectives.
  • Fostering a culture of open communication and multi-disciplinary teamwork to achieve customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • A bachelor's degree and postgraduate degree in hospital administration or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare or a service industry, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving change.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Team-player with organizational and analytical skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Independent worker with initiative and self-motivation, comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in SAP and MS Office applications, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
