Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Ambulatory Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing new care models and clinical services in various clinical programs and departments.
Key responsibilities include assisting clinical heads and stakeholders in planning and developing new care models, supporting the operations and continuous improvements of clinical services and programs, and providing other aspects of clinical operations support such as project management, workflow management, IT and system requirements, financial assessment, data collection and analysis, resource management, event management and logistics.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare operations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Basic degree and postgraduate degree in hospital administration or related field
- 3-5 years of working experience in healthcare or service industry
- Strong interpersonal and communicative skills
- Strong team-player, organized and analytical
- Independent worker with strong initiative and self-motivation
- Comfortable with ambiguity, unchartered territory, enjoy challenges and problem solving
- Embrace continuous improvements, innovation and changes
