Job Title: Operations Manager

About the Role:

  • Interface with Senior Managers on all operational matters, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
  • Oversee a team of Ops Leads on system-related escalation and matters pertaining to Corrective Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance, promoting efficient resolution and process improvement.
  • Ensure engineers are up-to-date with job skills (certification and training), fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Take lead in working with various divisions on operation improvement and analysis to better support business objectives.
  • Contribute to continuous operation improvement for OneCare Support, driving excellence in customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Liaise with Sales Specialists on deals, and downstream vendors like Cisco, Checkpoint, etc., maintaining strong relationships and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Involves in Tender financial assessment and technical compliance with the Presales, guaranteeing alignment with business requirements and strategic goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field, demonstrating academic excellence and foundation in core disciplines.
  • Experience in Windows-based systems and infrastructure projects, showcasing practical expertise and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in ITIL IT Service Management and Network Management Information Systems (NMIS), highlighting understanding of industry standards and best practices.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools and systems management solutions, indicating adaptability and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, emphasizing ability to analyze complex issues and deliver effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, demonstrating capacity to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively.
  • Team player and has a positive attitude, showcasing commitment to teamwork and organizational success.
