Job Title: Operational Team Leader
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Operational Team Leader to lead our operations team and drive productivity and cost optimization. The successful candidate will provide strategic guidance, manage key performance indicators, and ensure seamless continuity of business operations.
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in operations management and team leadership, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will also have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Responsibilities- Provide strategic guidance to the operational team to drive productivity and cost optimization.
- Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure seamless continuity of 24-7 business operations, identifying and mitigating potential disruptions.
- Pursue ongoing process improvements to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.
- Timely submission of monthly management reports for informed decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience in operations management and team leadership.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with effective stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Citizenship or Permanent Residency in Singapore is required.
