Operations Management Opportunity

Career Summary:

We are seeking a skilled operations manager to oversee warehouse and in-plant operations. As part of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our business objectives.

About You:

To be successful in this position, you should have excellent leadership and supervisory skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience managing and leading operations teams is essential, along with a degree in any discipline.

Your Responsibilities:

As an operations manager, your primary duties will include:

  • Assisting the contract area manager in overseeing warehouse and in-plant operations
  • Ensuring CEVA's business and operational objectives are met

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

You will be measured on your ability to meet KPI targets, including:

  • Leading daily activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Managing manufacturing engagement as part of daily fulfillment
  • Addressing customer escalations promptly and providing solutions
  • Planning and ensuring adequate equipment for storage, loading, and delivery of goods
  • Performing inventory management, productivity, accuracy, and loss prevention programs
  • Meeting KPI targets
  • Managing P&L for the account to ensure timely deliveries
  • Controlling costs, improving accuracy and safety, and maintaining high customer service levels
  • Handling billing and preparing annual budgets
  • Implementing safety, security, housekeeping, and sanitation programs
  • Building, motivating, and coaching the operational team
  • Generating monthly performance reports
  • Implementing work improvement initiatives like 5S, Kaizens, LEAN, and SCA programs to achieve operational excellence
