Operational Excellence Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Operational Excellence Lead to spearhead the delivery of high-quality projects and programs within our organization.
- Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and drive optimal performance.
- Develop and manage quotation documentation to ensure strategic alignment during the bidding process.
- Craft solutions to customer complaints and address operational matters in accordance with established policies.
- Oversee multiple projects, manage overprojects, and lead programs of work to ensure successful completion.
- E nsure compliance with regulatory frameworks, documenting any instances of non-compliance.
- Provide expert guidance on M&E installation and related issues to support the delivery of superior services.
- Schedule service and repair schedules as required by contractual agreements.
- Supervise ad-hoc jobs and promote safety awareness and work scope compliance among team members.
- P rovide valuable insights and support management in decision-making processes.
- Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems and practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proven track record of success in operational management.
