Job Title: Regional HR Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional HR Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to our business leaders and employees across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Engagement & Relations:
    • Manage employee relations cases and provide advice and support to managers and employees to build a great working environment.
    • Develop and maintain knowledge and database for employee relations practices in APAC.
  • Compliance:
    • Ensure HR policies and processes are in compliance with laws and regulations.
    • Collaborate with legal team to recommend changes to existing policies and develop new policies.
    • Lead subject area process and records, and collaborate with Global to roll out regional policies.
    • Perform periodic audits to maintain compliance obligations.
  • Other HR Tasks/Projects:
    • Work closely with PPC Director to develop and implement various PPC programs and HR functions.
    • Support Singapore Hub engagement activities and projects.
    • Coach and advise Site leads across APAC on consistent employee relations management.
    • Ensure right capability and proficiencies of ER team.

Requirements:

  • 8 years of relevant experience and Site HR role.
  • Understanding of APAC Market labour market, with a priority focus on Singapore, Australia, and NZ.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Very strong collaborator management and collaborative influencing.
  • Experience in D&I work, Employee engagement, and Organisational change is a plus.
