Job Title: Strategic Operations Leader

We are seeking a results-driven leader to spearhead our strategic operations and drive business growth.

Role Overview:

As the strategic operations leader, you will be responsible for the overall direction, growth, and operational performance of our business. You will work closely with department heads, investors, and other key stakeholders to ensure the company's mission and vision are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversee day-to-day operations across all outlets.
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion.
  • Develop and execute business strategies aligned with the company's goals.
  • Lead and mentor the executive team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Evaluate and implement new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends.
  • Represent the company in industry events and stakeholder engagements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior leadership role within the F&B, retail, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of successful P&L management.
  • Deep understanding of the Indian Muslim market and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive operational efficiency and innovation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and be on standby 24/7 to handle all matters relating to the company.
