Job Title: Visionary User Experience Leader

We seek a seasoned UX Design leader to define cutting-edge user experience strategies, focusing on agent- and assistant-based conversational interfaces.

 

The successful candidate will lead the visual and interaction design systems across all platforms (mobile, desktop, web) to ensure consistency, usability, and quality.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define visionary user interaction models for the AI era.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in designing user-centric experiences.
  • Drive culturally sensitive and localized design strategies for global audiences.
  • Create explainable, iterative, and dialog-driven user experiences that leverage the full power of AI.
  • Build and manage high-performing, cross-cultural design teams.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to promote a user-centered design process.

 

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with 3+ years in a leadership role managing teams.
  • Deep understanding of AI-native interfaces—conversational agents, multi-turn interactions, or intelligent assistants.
  • Proven track record in designing for multiple cultures and regions.
