Lead UI/UX Designer

Our organization seeks a seasoned Lead UI/UX Designer to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in spearheading the design function, driving innovation, and elevating the user experience across our products and services.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs that meet business objectives.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of designers, defining and implementing design standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of designers, providing direction, guidance, and feedback on design projects
  • Define and implement UI/UX design standards, processes, and best practices across the organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product roadmaps, strategies, and design solutions
  • Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and project milestones
  • Conduct design reviews, provide constructive feedback to team members, and ensure design quality and consistency

Requirements:

  • Expertise in information architecture, user testing, and creating highly detailed design specifications
  • Excellent leadership quality
  • Good verbal and written communications skills
  • Degree in design-related field or equivalent experience
  • At least 6 years' experience in UI/UX design
