Home Team Science and Technology Agency (HTX) is looking for a visionary leader to spearhead strategic planning initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the function's strategic direction, aligning with organizational goals, and overseeing long-term planning, resource allocation, and capability development.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering, to shape roadmaps and future capabilities. A strong understanding of stakeholder engagement, policy development, and decision-making is essential for success.

To excel in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in strategic planning, corporate development, or IT governance.

We offer a two-year contract with opportunities for permanent tenure based on performance. As part of the shortlisting process, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.
