This senior leadership position is responsible for spearheading business growth and expansion in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth in Singapore.
  • Monitoring industry trends and identifying new market opportunities.
  • Providing visionary leadership and motivation to technical, operational, and administrative teams.
  • Supporting team development through mentoring, training, and performance management.
  • Optimizing resource allocation and project delivery to meet business objectives.
  • Ensuring strong financial and commercial performance.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Representing the organization at client meetings, industry events, and forums.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth.

Ideal Profile:

  • A Master Mariner (STCW II/2), Chief Engineer (STCW III/2), or a relevant technical degree (e.g., Naval Architecture, Structural or Civil Engineering).
  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in marine or offshore sectors.
  • Practical experience with marine operations, vessel inspections, or offshore consultancy.
  • Proven success in managing teams and executing business or project plans.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
