We are seeking an experienced Creative Visionary Leader to drive our design initiatives forward. As a seasoned professional with a strong creative sensibility and leadership skills, you will lead a multidisciplinary design team and guide high-quality design outcomes across various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set the strategic direction of projects across multiple disciplines (brand, spatial, digital, etc.)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver holistic design solutions.
  • Maintain design quality and consistency across all project touchpoints.
  • Foster a culture of growth, learning, and creative excellence by guiding and mentoring designers.
  • Presentation of work to internal stakeholders and clients, articulating the rationale and business impact.
  • Support business development through thought leadership and strategic contributions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain our position at the forefront of design innovation.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex design challenges through effective collaboration and communication.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating breadth and depth across disciplines.
  • Excellent storytelling, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing client relationships.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work well across functions and cultures.
