Job Title: Client Relationship Manager

 

As a key member of our team, the Client Relationship Manager plays a vital role in fostering strong business relationships with existing customers. This individual serves as the primary point of contact between clients and internal cross-functional teams, ensuring optimal order management through close collaboration with team members.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of client business requirements to deliver consistent and high-quality service levels.
  • Provide customer service support by responding to client inquiries and requirements on order information/status, quotation, shipping, etc., emphasizing accuracy and timeliness.
  • Advise clients on delivery schedules and inventory availability.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of all problems and issues from clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet clients' operational requirements and manage client expectations.
  • Initiate continuous process improvements.
  • Deliver business reports to management and clients on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Participate in demand planning with clients as needed.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business or equivalent.
  • Experience in order management or customer service.
  • Background in supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing preferred.
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills at all levels, cross-functional.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good negotiation.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with large data sets accurately and attention to detail.
