Job Title: Client Relationship Manager
As a key member of our team, the Client Relationship Manager plays a vital role in fostering strong business relationships with existing customers. This individual serves as the primary point of contact between clients and internal cross-functional teams, ensuring optimal order management through close collaboration with team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of client business requirements to deliver consistent and high-quality service levels.
- Provide customer service support by responding to client inquiries and requirements on order information/status, quotation, shipping, etc., emphasizing accuracy and timeliness.
- Advise clients on delivery schedules and inventory availability.
- Ensure prompt resolution of all problems and issues from clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet clients' operational requirements and manage client expectations.
- Initiate continuous process improvements.
- Deliver business reports to management and clients on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Participate in demand planning with clients as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Business or equivalent.
- Experience in order management or customer service.
- Background in supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing preferred.
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills at all levels, cross-functional.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good negotiation.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with large data sets accurately and attention to detail.
