Job Title: Playground Project Director



As a key member of our team, the Playground Project Director will oversee the successful delivery of our design-build playground projects. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your exceptional leadership skills and experience in managing project timelines, resource allocations, and deliverables.

  • Budget and Vendor Management: The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing project budgets and collaborating closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house teams to uphold cost-efficiency and quality.
  • Design Coordination: You will be responsible for translating design vision into practical action, bridging gaps between architects, designers, engineers, and installation teams.
  • Site Oversight: The Playground Project Director will supervise on-site implementation, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, construction standards, and project milestones.
  • Stakeholder Communication: As the central point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams, you will communicate progress, resolve issues, and manage expectations.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintenance of project documentation including progress reports, installation logs, change orders, and compliance records is essential.


Key Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Building, Construction, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2–4 years of relevant work experience in playground design, park development, or façade/construction projects is required.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing and interpreting technical drawings is necessary.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and monitoring to meet project completion targets is crucial.
