**_Job Description: _**

Some responsibilities of this position are, **_and not limited to _**, as follows:

- Knowledgeable in design development issues;
- Attend technical meetings and site meetings with consultants, and provide technical solutions;
- Able to interpret drawings and details to coordinate playground works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues;
- Ensure playground works are carried out according to tender specifications / drawings / materials / MOS;
- Inform Project Director / Project Manager / sales person in-charge on any technical / site problems pertaining to playground works;
- Supervise the progress of works on site;
- Coordination of sub-contractor's playground works and ensuring the work is on schedule.
- Be familiar with the specifications and scope of works at various stages of the projects
- Help the project’s bottom line by rigorously monitoring and implementing cost controls and authority compliance.
- Establish a good relationship with client / stakeholder and consultants etc to ensure that the project is smoothly managed in terms of resources and timeline.
- Good understanding of the principles of contracts during tender stage / project awarded
- Act as bridge between Design, Sales and Project teams
- Relevant industry experience.

**_Job Requirements: _**
- Diploma/Degree in Architectural or Civil/ Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- Must know how to use AUTOCAD
- Computer literate: MS Office
- Self-motivated person and able to work independently.
