Project Manager – Design Build Playgrounds


Job Description:

We seek a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the design and execution of playground projects. This individual will lead project timelines, resource allocations, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house teams to uphold cost-efficiency and quality.
  • Translate design vision into practical action, bridging gaps between architects, designers, engineers, and installation teams.
  • Supervise on-site implementation, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, construction standards, and project milestones.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams; communicate progress, resolve issues, and manage expectations.
  • Maintain project documentation including progress reports, installation logs, change orders, and compliance records.


Requirements:

  • Degree in Building, Construction, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant work experience in playground design, park development, or façade/construction projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing and interpreting technical drawings.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and monitoring to meet project completion targets.
