General Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our indoor playground business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, and team management.

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving business growth initiatives, and ensuring excellent customer experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue.
  • Manage staff, oversee daily operations, and maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and service quality.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and service improvements.
  • Build partnerships, develop sales strategies, and enhance the overall brand presence in the market.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 3 years of managerial experience in retail, hospitality, leisure, events, or entertainment industries.
  • Proven track record in business development and sales.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with experience leading multi-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
