Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced business leader to spearhead our indoor playground operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on management to drive both operational excellence and business growth.

  • Business Development & Growth
    Foster innovative sales and marketing strategies to boost revenue. Establish partnerships with schools, corporates, and community groups.

Responsibilities include developing engaging event products such as party packages, overseeing daily operations, managing budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures.

  • Operations Management
    Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and service quality within the indoor playground.
  • Team Leadership & Development
    Recruit, train, and motivate staff to achieve business objectives. Lead, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
  • Strategy & Improvement
    Develop and implement short- and long-term business strategies. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for creating engaging family experiences.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of managerial experience in retail, hospitality, leisure, events or entertainment industries.
  • Proven track record in business development and sales.
  • Experience in sales (preferably events).
  • Ability to develop sales strategies to sell and effectively close events sales.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with experience leading multi-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with ability to analyze performance metrics.
  • Highly organized, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with passion for creating engaging family experiences.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays.
