Job Title: Social Media Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Strategist to join our team at TWG TEA COMPANY PTE. LTD. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms and be able to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives
  • Manage and oversee all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WeChat, Weibo, Little Red Book, and LINE
  • Perform detailed research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences in the luxury sector, and suggest and implement new features to drive brand awareness and engagement
  • Work with the PR and Content team to create, edit, publish, and share engaging content in conjunction with our global brand and marketing strategy
  • Optimize SEO, web traffic metrics, and engagement across all social media platforms
  • Analyze social media campaigns and performances, and provide monthly reports on ROI
  • Communicate with customers and followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor comments and reviews
  • Oversee HQ and partners' social media accounts to ensure brand consistency
  • Participate in new market expansion by providing digital insights on relevant markets and help with the strategic planning and onboarding processes
  • Act as an advisor to franchise partners on their local social media campaigns and optimization
Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in a strategic social media and/or digital marketing strategist role
  • Knowledge of social media metrics, SEO, and other social media tools to track and measure success
  • Experience dealing with local and international markets and customers
  • Fluent in English and possess strong copywriting skills
  • Proficiency with editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Presentation skills and previous experience in the luxury industry would be a plus
  • Good knowledge of search and social media advertising, programmatic advertising, and content conceptualization and production would be an advantage
