Chettinad Cook Opportunity

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in cooking South Indian Chettinad food items, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner dishes. They should be proficient in preparing special items like Mutton Chukka, Mutton Kola Urundai, Chicken Naatukoli, Paal Paniyaram & Boli, as well as Chettinad snacks such as Murukku and Seedai.

  • Cooking Experience:
    • South Indian Chettinad Food catering or restaurant experience in Singapore is highly desirable.
  • Languages:
    • Fluent Tamil or Hindi language skills are required.
  • Flexibility:
    • Able to work in flexible timings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent cooking skills and knowledge of recipes, quality control, food safety, and inventory management. Additionally, they should be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
