Traditional Indian Cuisine Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate culinary professional to lead our kitchen operations with expertise in traditional Indian dishes, particularly Mangalorean and Chettinad cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Culinary Expertise: Prepare and present authentic Mangalorean and Chettinad dishes, including Chicken Gassi, Fish Fry, Crab Masala, and Vegetarian dishes like Kara Kuzhambu and Chettinad-style side dishes.
  • Develop a menu that reflects coastal Karnataka and Tamil Nadu flavors, using seasonal and local ingredients.
  • Plan daily schedules, manage prep work, and oversee kitchen operations during assigned shifts.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to handle high-volume orders efficiently.
