  • We are seeking a skilled North Indian cuisine chef to join our team.
  • As a North Indian cuisine chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality traditional authentic North Indian dishes, especially Tandoori dishes.
  • You should have knowledge about the properties and usage of herbs and spices in food preparation, and cook north Indian dishes in a traditional way.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure that all dishes are freshly prepared and meet the highest standards of quality.
  • They will be responsible for supervising and coaching junior kitchen staffs, planning and arranging ingredients for next day preparation and orders, understanding customer requirements, introducing new dishes and menus, monitoring stock levels and inventory, and maintaining stock rotation procedures.
  • A deep understanding of authentic North Indian food preparation, the ability to work under pressure during busy periods, flexibility to work in any shifts, including split shifts, and experience in Kerala cuisines are essential qualifications for this role.
