Chettinad Cook Position Overview

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a skilled Chettinad cook. We are looking for an experienced professional who can manage the kitchen and prepare authentic South Indian dishes.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of cooking various Chettinad food items, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. Additionally, they should be able to work independently and as part of a team to meet the demands of the restaurant or catering service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Cooking Chettinad food items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
  2. Promoting traditional South Indian cuisine by creating innovative dishes
  3. Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
Requirements:
  1. At least 2 years of experience in cooking South Indian Chettinad food
  2. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  3. Strong communication and teamwork skills
