Strategic Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Executive to lead our sales efforts in the APAC region. This role will be responsible for formulating and executing sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to capture new business opportunities in the energy, chemical, life sciences, industrial, and urban infrastructure sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, including stakeholders in Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.
- Lead negotiations with customers to secure contracts and projects, utilizing extensive knowledge of contractual practices and EPC projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and solutions that meet client needs and achieve sales targets.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including shareholders, partners, government agencies, and clients, to build trust and drive business results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any engineering field or business administration.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Oil & Gas, Life-Science, and infrastructure industries.
- In-depth knowledge of contractual practices and contracts in EPC projects.
- Technical knowledge in energy, chemical, life sciences, industrial, and urban infrastructure sectors.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively to solve problems.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
