Strategic Sales Growth Executive

HIGHER HUB LLP is seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Growth Executive to lead our commercial and retail sales initiatives. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong track record of formulating strategic plans, expanding client bases, and delivering sales targets.
About the RoleAs a Strategic Sales Growth Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to identify and clinch corporate clients;
- Expanding our clientele base through active acquisition of new clients;
- Liaising between clients, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded;
- Preparing sales and marketing materials, including presentations and proposals;
- Organizing sales and marketing events to drive business growth;
- Achieving and delivering sales targets while ensuring timely project delivery;
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and managing customer feedback;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support sales activities and contribute to team achievements.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- At least 5 years of working experience in commercial or retail sales, preferably in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent;
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to formulate sales and business development strategies;
- Self-discipline, ability to meet ambitious targets, and submit reports on time;
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and gather market information;
- A team-oriented character, able to achieve individually and contribute to team's achievement.
