Structural Coastal Expert

As a Principal Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the structural integrity and safety of coastal structures such as quay walls, ports, jetties, revetments, and land reclamation projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design review of C&S and geotechnical design and analysis for coastal structures
• Assist Project Lead/Manager in reviewing site investigation plans and results interpretation
• Prepare tender documents, technical specifications, and manage subcontracts
• Lead regular meetings and workshops to ensure project progress and quality
• Supervise design and site work, and prepare technical reports and submissions to authorities

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with at least 10 years of relevant experience in design/project management. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a team and multitask. Experience in contract administration, familiarity with Eurocodes, and proficiency in design software such as STAAD Pro, Plaxis, GeoStudio, and Prokon are also preferred.
