Chemical Program Manager

  • Manage and optimize chemical treatment programs at client sites, ensuring performance and addressing deviations promptly.
  • Understand field testing principles and work with service technicians to conduct routine tests.
  • Provide scheduled updates and reports to clients on chemical treatment progress and performance.
  • Plan and manage chemical stock levels and ensure equipment maintenance for uninterrupted operations.
  • Prepare and present monthly technical reviews to evaluate program effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Develop projects with clients aimed at reducing Total Cost of Operation using Ecolab's solutions.
  • Address client issues related to chemical treatments and collaborate internally to resolve them.
  • Create and present new chemical treatment proposals, manage contracts, and ensure billing accuracy.
