Donor Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Donor Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective donor engagement strategies that foster strong relationships with our donors and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in fundraising and donor relations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.

  • Develop and implement donor engagement strategies that align with our organization's goals and objectives.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH DONORS THROUGH REGULAR COMMUNICATION AND INTERACTION.
  • Work closely with the development team to identify and pursue new funding opportunities.
  • Manage and execute events, campaigns, and other activities that support donor engagement and fundraising efforts.

In order to be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A degree in a related field (e.g. event management, marketing, business administration).
  • At least 3 years of experience in fundraising and donor relations, preferably in a non-profit setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with donors and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
