- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Be resourceful, proactive, and a team player with proficiency in working with digital tools.
- Experience in social services or volunteering is an asset.
- Proficiency in Singapore Sign Language (SgSL) is an advantage - all staff are given training and required to complete SgSL Level 1.
