Donor Relations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Donor Relations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our fundraising department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our donors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement donor engagement strategies to increase giving and retention rates.
  • Manage donor data and ensure accurate records are maintained.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute fundraising events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to donors and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Arts, Social Sciences, Mass Communications, or Business Administration.
  • At least two years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Access.
  • Basic HTML knowledge an advantage.
