Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Donor Engagement Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling donor proposals and presentation decks that articulate big ideas and showcase institutional strengths.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex relationships with senior stakeholders and a proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive gift proposals and pitch materials for major gifts prospects.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and Faculty/Academic administrators to gather relevant data for inclusion in proposals.
  • Design, plan, coordinate, and execute cultivation events/engagement sessions that support the solicitation process and strengthen donor relationships.
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and development of our organization. As a Donor Engagement Manager, you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in donor engagement and relationship management.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 - 7 years' experience in higher education or a comparably complex organization.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex and diverse relationships and the proven ability to operate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
