Reliable Maintenance Professional Wanted for Utilities and Facilities Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician (Utilities & Facilities) to join our team. As a full-time role, this position involves managing and maintaining facilities in a cold chain supply environment.

This critical role requires the successful candidate to handle the maintenance and repair of air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems, building infrastructure, electrical wiring, lighting, fire safety systems, and other essential components within GMP and GHP standards.

  • This includes planning and performing daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and inspections for facilities and fire safety.
  • The successful candidate will also coordinate with departments to address maintenance priorities, supervise contractors on-site to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements, assist with machine and PLC troubleshooting, and handle additional tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily maintenance and troubleshooting of utilities and facilities equipment.
  • Coordinating with departments to address maintenance priorities.
  • Supervising contractors on-site to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • NITEC/ITC/Diploma in electrical, mechatronics, civil industrial or related professional certificate on related skill.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the food & beverage or manufacturing industry is required for this position.
  • Preferred hands-on working experience in utilities and facilities maintenance.

Benefits:

  • Basic salary up to $2,800 with yearly increment based on performance.
  • Company's medical insurance coverage.
  • 5.5 days (Monday to Friday) – 8:30am to 5:45pm / (Saturday) – 8:30am to 12:30pm work schedule.
