Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the facilities management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain environment.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Air-con maintenance and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) repair work on building and infrastructure, including wiring, doors, lighting, painting, office fire protection systems, and related tasks in a GMP and GHP environment.
  • Scheduling and managing hands-on daily facilities work, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Conducting regular facility and fire safety inspections.
  • Liaising with all departments regarding maintenance matters, prioritizing tasks, and taking prompt action on planned and unplanned maintenance.
  • Supervising contractors and suppliers on site, ensuring that all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with contracts, government regulations, and food safety policies.
  • Assisting with machine troubleshooting, PLC troubleshooting, and repair as needed.
  • Performing other duties assigned by senior staff.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • NITEC/ITC/Diploma in electrical, mechatronics, civil industrial or related professional certificates.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the food and beverage or manufacturing industry.
  • Preferred hands-on experience in utilities and facilities maintenance.
