We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical, mechanical, or building maintenance, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office is also an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the engineer and team to do daily monitoring and recording of Facilities Equipment Performance.
  • Troubleshoot and repair Facilities Equipment breakdown.
  • Assist Engineer and team to ensure efficient use of utilities resources.
  • To perform Building Maintenance.
  • Support the Engineer and team for the maintenance of proper documentation.
  • Upkeep ISO standard operating procedures to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum NTC2 or NITEC in Electrical / Mechanical / Building maintenance
  • Good knowledge of Air-conditioning, Mechanical, Electrical and Building maintenance.
  • Good analytical skill in troubleshooting of breakdown.
  • Proficient in MS office will be an added advantage.
  • Able to work in cleanroom environment
