About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences across various product domains and user cases. This includes developing tailored solutions to cater to specific categories, enhancing user experience, and content supply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize data analysis, industry research, and user feedback to identify optimization opportunities and support the design and implementation of product solutions.
• Assist in driving improvements in user acquisition, conversion rates, and customer retention by collaborating on product planning and operational initiatives.
• Support understanding of the industry ecosystem, including creators, creator networks, and users, to streamline product offerings and foster trust for better business growth.
Requirements:
• Final year or recent graduate with a background in computer science, mathematics, or statistics major.
• Solid understanding of product planning and strategy, with the ability to break down business problems into product solutions and develop short, medium, and long-term plans for execution.
• Strong data analysis skills to identify product challenges and propose actionable product solutions independently.
• Good user empathy and business acumen, with the ability to understand project contexts and evaluate outcomes.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to identify issues, facilitate communication between teams, and effectively manage resources.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Enthusiasm for content products.
• Working experience in LIVE or other content product is preferred.
