Design Lead Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to lead our design efforts in creating end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping the overall design direction and delivering high-quality designs that meet business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio that showcases their skills in systems thinking, interaction design, and project management. They will also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full UX process from user research and journey mapping to wireframes, flows, prototypes, and testing.
  • Define and deliver end-to-end experiences that meet user needs and business objectives.
  • Apply and extend design systems and UI libraries, or create them from scratch when needed.
  • Run and facilitate Design Thinking workshops with clients, stakeholders, and users.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, PMs, and strategists to bring ideas to life.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in UX design.
  • Strong portfolio that showcases skills in systems thinking, interaction design, and project management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in Figma, Sketch, and front-end logic.
  • Comfortable leading workshops and client conversations.
  • Ability to move fast, stay structured, and deliver quality under pressure.
  • Experience working with agile/lean teams and familiarity with fast validation.
  • Fluency in English; German fluency is highly preferred for upcoming projects, Mandarin is a bonus.
