We are seeking an experienced User Interface and User Experience (UI/UX) Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating seamless online shopping experiences for buyers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design philosophy and practical experience in user experience design. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to analyze customer behaviors and identify opportunities in a dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Design Process: Lead the design process for e-commerce products serving the local market audience from South East Asia.
  • Contribute to Product Strategy: Contribute to product strategy by identifying new opportunities and generating innovative solutions.
  • Design Products Systematically: Design products systematically and conduct data-driven evaluation of designs.
  • Maintain Visual Patterns: Maintain and define visual and UX patterns for our products to cultivate a consistent and intuitive experience.
  • Develop Clear Interfaces: Develop clear and effective user interfaces to achieve both product and business goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least one year of experience designing web/mobile products.
  • E-Commerce Experience: Prior experience in e-commerce is a strong plus.
  • Design Philosophy: Solid design philosophy and practical experience in user experience design.
  • Product Vision: Strong ability to grasp product vision and communicate it clearly to the team.
  • Dynamic Environment: Demonstrate a track record of delivering requirements in a dynamic environment.
  • Software Tools: Proficient in various interactive and visual design software tools.
