UX/UI Design Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI designer to join our team. As a UX/UI designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our products and services.


Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio that showcases their ability to create intuitive and user-friendly designs. They will also have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and have a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in industrial design, human-computer interaction (HCI), graphic design, design research, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, internships, or freelance work, with a focus on SaaS systems
  • Good with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, or similar industry-standard interaction design and prototyping tools
  • Strategic thinker and a proven ability to drive strategic initiatives in your work
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and leadership
  • Good understanding of user research methods and the ability to analyse data to inform design decisions
  • Familiarity with usability testing and gathering feedback to improve design quality
  • Good communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and persuasively
  • Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and ability to handle ambiguity
  • Strong empathy for users and a desire to advocate for their needs
