Job Description

We are seeking an experienced UX strategist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our digital products, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human-centered design principles and be able to apply them to complex business problems. They will be responsible for facilitating workshops, conducting user research, and developing design solutions that meet the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing user personas and user journeys to inform design decisions
  • Facilitating workshops to gather requirements and develop design concepts
  • Conducting user research to validate design solutions
  • Creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas
  • Working with product teams to develop design solutions that meet business objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in Design or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in UX design
  • Strong knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
