The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and accessible user experiences for AI and digital transformation initiatives.

User Research and Experience Design
  • We conduct user research, interviews, and contextual inquiries to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Create user personas, journey maps, and experience flows to inform solution design.
  • Translate business and functional requirements into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that support usability and user-centered design.
  • Work closely with Product Owner, developers, and stakeholders to co-design solutions aligned with project goals.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and incorporate feedback from sprints and demos into iterative design improvements.
  • Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and adherence to UI/UX best practices across AI applications.
Usability Testing and Feedback Loop
  • Design and execute usability test plans, including task-based testing, A/B testing, and surveys.
  • Analyze test results to identify usability issues, collect actionable insights, and propose design enhancements.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by validating the final implementation against design intent and user requirements.
Documentation and Design Assets
  • Develop and maintain design documentation including design systems, screen specifications, and annotated prototypes.
  • Create user guides or onboarding materials to facilitate solution adoption when needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2–6 years of experience in UX design and testing
  • Good to have experience in AI, analytics, or process automation
  • Good to have experience in Workshop facilitation and storytelling for design justification
  • Proficiency in design tools – Figma, Usability testing techniques and Prototyping and wireframing

Key skills include strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and passion for UX design and innovation.
