Job Overview:
As an AI UX Manager, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for AI and digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in UX design and testing, with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing techniques. They will also have proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Prototyping skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and User Experience
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and contextual inquiries to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Create user personas, journey maps, and experience flows to inform solution design.
  • Translate business and functional requirements into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that support usability and user-centered design.


Collaborative Solution Delivery
  1. Work closely with Product Owner, developers, and stakeholders to co-design solutions aligned with project goals.
  2. Participate in agile ceremonies and incorporate feedback from sprints and demos into iterative design improvements.
  3. Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and adherence to UI/UX best practices across AI applications.


Usability Testing and Feedback Loop
  1. Design and execute usability test plans, including task-based testing, A/B testing, and surveys.
  2. Analyze test results to identify usability issues, collect actionable insights, and propose design enhancements.
  3. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by validating the final implementation against design intent and user requirements.


Additional Tasks:
  1. Develop and maintain design documentation including design systems, screen specifications, and annotated prototypes.
  2. Stay up to date with UX/UI trends, tools, and AI interface design patterns to inform solution improvement.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong UX Design background.
  • Excellent user research and analysis skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Prototyping tools.
