Job Title: Senior AI Experience Designer

Overview:

A visionary leader is sought for a cutting-edge AI and digital transformation initiative. As an experienced designer, you will craft user experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and accessible.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough user research to gain a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  2. Develop user personas, journey maps, and experience flows to inform solution design and ensure user-centered thinking.
  3. Translate business and functional requirements into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that support usability and deliverables aligned with project goals.
Collaborative Design Delivery:
  1. Work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to co-design solutions that align with project objectives and deliverables.
  2. Participate in agile ceremonies and incorporate feedback from sprints and demos into iterative design improvements.
  3. Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and adherence to UI/UX best practices across AI applications and platforms.
Usability Testing and Feedback Loop:
  1. Design and execute comprehensive usability test plans, including task-based testing, A/B testing, and surveys to gather actionable insights.
  2. Analyze test results to identify usability issues, propose design enhancements, and optimize user experiences.
  3. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by validating the final implementation against design intent and user requirements.
Documentation and Design Assets:
  1. Develop and maintain design documentation, including design systems, screen specifications, and annotated prototypes.
  2. Create user guides or onboarding materials to facilitate solution adoption and improve user engagement.
Requirements:
  1. 2–6 years of experience in UX design and testing with a strong focus on AI and digital transformation.
  2. Experience in workshop facilitation, storytelling for design justification, and proficiency in design tools – Figma, usability testing techniques, prototyping, and wireframing.
