Job Title: Business Development Executive
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key player in driving business growth and expansion, you will play a vital role in developing internal account strategies and identifying growth opportunities for key clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Reporting to the Business Development Manager/Director to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintaining high customer intimacy and expanding the account base.
- Developing strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue increase.
- Collaborating with technical/operations teams to ensure service and supply satisfaction.
- Performing other duties as assigned to support business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
You must have 2-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing industry. A minimum Diploma in Chemistry or a related field is required. Additionally, a valid Class 3 driving license with 2+ years of driving experience is necessary.
Key Skills and Attributes Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and strong presentation skills.
- Creative problem-solving and deadline-driven.
- Knowledge of sales techniques (rapport-building, negotiation, closing).
- Team player with multitasking and time-management abilities.
